Windows 10: Trying to get an app from Microsoft store, blank box appears after I click on "Get"

I'm trying to get an app off the Microsoft store, a blank box appears after I click on "Get". I've also been getting these notifications that I have a problem with my Microsoft account, probably due to password change, but I haven't changed my password. How do I fix this?

What steps did you try to fix Windows Store?

Try the following steps and see if that helps:

• 
  Press Windows + R keys to open Run command
  
• 
  Type wsreset.exe and hit enter
  
• 
  Now try to open store and see if it works.

Since running the troubleshooter for Windows app didn't work, we suggest resetting Windows Store by following the steps below to resolve your issue:

• Type Apps & features on search box/Cortana and click on it.
• Look for Microsoft Store app and click on Advance options.
