Windows 10: Trying to get an outdated article removed from MSN

I need help getting MSN to take down an article that was deleted by the original creator, it is detrimental to me and my career. I have been trying for months using the feedback feature and no luck. It's a serious matter. How do I contact someone from MSN?

It has come to my attention that MSN has republished an article from the Philadelphia inquirer. This article was removed from the inquirer site due to it containing wrong information and I have a court order for its removal. Not sure why MSN republished the article but I need it removed immediately. Please help.

Your Feedback submissions will probably, at some point, get some action from MSN.

There is, almost certainly, not a way to contact someone on MSN staff.

It has come to my attention that an article was republished by MSN. This article was removed from the original publishers website due to inaccurate information and for legal reasons. I need this article to be removed immediately. I have used the feedback feature everyday for the last 3 weeks with absolutely no response. How do I get in contact with someone that can remove this article?
