  1. Trying to have date and time settings save.

Hello, So I have been trying to do this for a while but it has become annoying and is a problem on all my Windows 10 and 11 devices. My date and time settings keep defaulting to military time and when I change it to am-pm times so I can read it, it will only save until the PC restarts or goes to sleep, then it will default back to military time. I dont know why they are doing this but it has become such an annoyance changing it back every time I boot up my PC. How do I fix this?

    :)
