Windows 10: trying to install an application and getting an event error 0xe0434352 and .NET Runtime error

I have Flyway Desktop and trying to install it so I can use it's tools with MS SQL Management Studio and when I double click to install the application, after a few seconds I get an event code 0xe0434352Checking the Event Viewer, this is what it reads. It's some .NET Runtime error, but I'm not following it. I've tried to Repair my .NET install >> https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30135I've tried to uncheck ASP.NET 4.8 from the Windows Features, rebooted and rechecked it.I tried to download .NET Runtime 4.8.1 but it says I have that version and can't install it.I co

Microsoft Report Builder .NET Runtime error

I have a problem with the program Microsoft Report Builder. Basically when I try to launch it, nothing happen.

I also tried to uninstall and reinstall it without success. Until a few months ago it started without problems.

Dell XPS 15 9550
16GB Ram
2GB Nvidia 960m


I have an issue with a software called (Artlantis Studio 6) a rendering software.
I can run the software smoothly on Demo but every time I try to run Artlantis License Manager to activate my license, the software crashes before it even starts and these two error messages show up in windows log.

I have tried to safe boot , clean windows installation and running Artlantis License Manager before installing or updating anything , uninstalling my graphic card drivers and even reinstalling .NET but the problem was not solved.



I have been running and testing this software on different machines and windows versions and it worked on all of them (windows 7 , windows 8.1 and windows 10) except on my laptop.

I am so desperate to get the software activated.
