Windows 10: trying to install Corel x8

Discus and support trying to install Corel x8 in Windows 10 Network and Sharing to solve the problem; It says I need to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) in order to load my program.     trying to install Corel x8


    It says I need to uninstall Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (x86) in order to load my program. How do I go about doing this?

    If IE11 is "rarely used," how have you come to the conclusion that IE11 is "blocking activex scripts?"

    Are you having problems installing Corel X8 or using Corel X8?

    Are we dealing with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X8, PaintShop Pro X8, PaintShop Pro X8 Ultimate, Photo Video Suite X8, WordPerfect Office X8 Professional, or...?

    • Do you get any error message/code?
    I would suggest you to install Corel draw in compatibility mode
    and check if it helps. Please follow these steps:

    a. Right click the installation file and then click
    properties.

    b. Click compatibility tab.

    c. Click to check "Run this program in compatibility mode for" box
    and select Windows 8.

    d. Click apply and ok.

    Now, you may install the program.
