    Trying to install Cyberlink Power Director Ultimate 2025 without success.


    I get an error message on the screen saying"C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Temp\RarSFX0\setup.exeWindows cannot access the specified device, path or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item."Can someone please help? Thank you.Paul

    I understand that you are willing to know the compatibility of Cyberlink Power Director 13 on Windows 10. I will certainly help you.

    I suggest you to contact the Cyber Power Director Support for more information on Cyberlink Power
    Director 13 compatibility with Windows 10.

    However, Windows 10 has the feature of Compatibility mode
    to allow software to work with the computer's newer hardware or software.

    Follow the steps below on how to install software in compatibility mode:

    1. Download the software from the manufacturer’s website and save it on your local disk.

    2. Right click on the setup file of the driver and select "Properties".

    3. Select "Compatibility" Tab.

    4. Place a check mark next to "Run this program in Compatibility mode" and select operating system from the drop

    down list.

    5. Let the software install and then check the functionality.

    Trying to install Cyberlink Power Director Ultimate 2025 without success.

    Trying to uninstall Cyberlink Youcam currently being used by Skype

    Hi

    Another webcam problem if you can help please... can't make skype video calls...

    When I try to use Skype, it says "can't start video. Try closing other programs that might be using your webcam"

    Cyberlink Youcam is listed along with my HP HD fixed webcam. So I am trying to uninstall Cyberlink Youcam which is running with Skype. It tells me to close skype to continue uninstall (which I have done), and then try again. However, it continues to prevent
    me from uninstalling when trying to do so with the message: "skype is currently running on this system - to continue installation/uninstallation, please close skype and try again..."

    I have uninstalled Cyberlink media suite and Cyberlink power director (rightly or wrongly), but can't uninstall Cyberlink Youcam???
