    Trying to install new win11 - error code 15003 from diskpart utility when formatting.


    When trying install via wizard - getting "cannot install in partition selected".Tried diskpart - error code 15003 when formatting NTFS.Have to note that enabling CFS in bios flips off - so UEFI not on.
