Windows 10: trying to install pce-be92bt wifi card I loaded the software but it wont see it the...

I am trying to install Asus pce-be92bt wifi card I loaded the software but it wont see it in the control panel the motherboard has a built in wifi card that show connected, do i need to change the setting on the mother board to disable the on board card

It possible that the motherboard is not detecting the PCE card installed. Additional information would help us find the right solution for you. Please answer the following questions below:

• Is the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth device being detected shows up in Device Manager?
• Which build and version of Windows 10 are you running? You can find this information by clicking the
  Start button, type winver, and then press
  Enter.
• Have you tried any troubleshooting steps provided from the thread?

In the meantime, please make sure that all the pending updates are installed on your computer.

Recommendation for WiFi usb / card

I agree with a PCIe card over USB. Also get one with remote antennae. You don't say what your budget is but Asus PCIe network adapters are known to be one of the best brands available: ASUS WiFi 6E + Bluetooth 5.2 PCI-E Expansion Card (PCE-AXE58BT)

 

Insurgency wont install and run for me....

I have played and have fully updated CS and Half life 2....
I am using the newest client and installed the SDK.

I am completely blown away, if i click the desktop icon it starts the sdk and then closes, and it doesn't show up in my game list...

First mod attempt install here, followed the directions step by step on the mods website...

Any ideas?
