Windows 10: Trying to install UHD 630 drivers, windows keeps installing HD 630 instead before clean install

I have this dell xps 9560 with 4k screen totally worth having UHD drivers and i always had 630 UHD driver installed. But after a windows clean installation, Windows itself keeps installing HD 630 even if i choose another driver to install. I tried with UHD 617, UHD 620, UHD P630, hell, even just HD 620 doesn't work. Windows tells me that the driver has been successfully installed but when I read the driver installed is 630 HD, always. I had UHD before and now i simply can't. This is creating glitches, stuttering and overall low performances in terms of graphics when my nvidia gpu doesn't kick in. Please, i seek help. I tried EVERYTHING! Uninstalling the complete set of drivers, download it from intel and installing it manually, but nothing, windows thinks that the best driver for this pc is that one. Every single option available on the internet has been tried, and nothing worked at all.

ISSUE WITH UHD 630 ,UNABLE TO INSTALL THE LATEST DRIVER

i have intel uhd 630,which has recently got an update ,but i am unable to install the 7158 version,although after so many attempts it installed,but it shows the details of the previous version

 

Black screen after installing Intel HD Graphics 630 driver

The screen turns black as soon as Intel HD Graphics 630 drivers are updated.

All other drivers are installed and updated.

Everything works normally until the driver is being installed. During the installation process the screen goes black. The cursor does not appear and the keyboard is still lit.

Whenever i restarted the laptop, after the windows loading screen, the screen goes back to black. The solution is to enter safe mode and uninstall the HD Graphics 630 driver, therefore
using the Microsoft Basic Video Adapter.

However, with this basic driver, the laptop performance drops in applications that require graphics processing, making it impractical to use in such situations.

I tried these possible solutions:

• I tried to install several versions of the driver, which were available on the dell website itself or on the intel website, and all of them had a black screen during the installation.
• I disabled Windows Update because it was Installing the driver automatically and the screen was turning black after a few minutes, so it doesn't work too.
• I have also completely uninstalled the nvidia and intel drivers using DDU and tried to install hd graphics 630 drivers, but the black screen still persists.
• Tried to update using the device manager. Same thing, screen still turns black.
• I also tried to use an external monitor to see if there was video, the issue persists.
• I already contacted dell and intell support, noboby seems to have a solution.

Why My Intel UHD Graphics 630 driver cannot be updated?

Intel Driver and Support Assistant said like this:

"A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver & Support Assistant is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized
computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues. Contact your computer manufacturer for
the latest driver for your computer."

I want to use generic Intel Driver on my laptop Acer Aspire 7. What should I do to use generic Intel Driver UHD 630? Do i need to uninstall A customized computer manufacturer driver installed on my laptop
and then install generic Intel Driver UHD 630?

Please help me to solve this issue!
