Windows 10: Trying to install Windows 11 on daughter's laptop

About a year ago, my wife passed her Windows 10 laptop to our daughter and purchased a new one.With Windows 10 going out of support in October, I'm wanting to upgrade it to Windows 11. It's version 24H2.I am totally unable to get past this "unsupported processor" error.It's a Dell Inspiron 13-5378 and the processor is an Intel Core i3-7100U 2-core 4 logical processors 2.4GHz chip.It does have an enabled and working TPM2 chip.Of course, I cannot upgrade using Windows Update as I get Unsupported Processor errors.I'd read about the Microsoft-approved hack of adding a Registry key AllowUpgrades

HP Stream 11 under Windows 10 - Touchpad not recognized.

Are you making sure you are trying the correct driver for the WiFi... They list Broadcom, Intel, and/or Realtek.

Also, try to run the installer as an administrator install.

If that fails... try extracting the files and manually install the driver.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
