    Trying to log into my computer and it keeps saying pin is wrong


    Trying to log into my computer and it keeps saying pin is wrong. It most definitely isn’t wrong. I’ve tried rebooting, no luck. I’ve tried the shift key restart option, does nothing but restart computer

    Thanks for the info but when I tried your suggestion and web link, I still cannot log in and still get the same issue where I am stuck in the circle. Log in and get directed to the create pin or skip selection. Try to create pin and it keeps saying something went wrong. Tried to skip step and get moved straight to the log back in screen.
