Windows 10: Trying to login to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey but it won't send code...

Trying to login to https://account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey but it won't send code verification text to my phone I have verified that the phone number is correct, because when I try to add the phone number to my account it says it already exist. However, after entering password, followed by last 4 digits of phone number on the subsequent page, then pressing send code; I never get a text to my phone.

• What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.

Windows 10 Can't Login to Microsoft Account

I suggest you to try the steps provided below and check if it helps.

Step 1:

I suggest you to try signing in to account.live.com on another device and verify the account is in a good state.

Step 2:

Login in to another user account and try logging in to Windows Store and check.

If the issue still persist, I suggest you to perform an automatic repair on your computer and check if it helps.

If you need an installation media, I suggest you to download and create the installation media using the follow Microsoft link, which contains the Windows 10 ISO file.

Method 1: Automatic Repair.

• • Insert the installation USB and boot Windows 10 from it.
