Windows 10: Trying to login to new computer with broken display

I have just factory reset my windows 10 laptop. the screen is broken, but I have always used an external monitor via an HDMI cable. However, on what would normally be the process where I login to my microsoft account and set up the computer, my monitor says no signal, and I have no way of getting through this process, as I cannot see what I'm clicking or typing. I have tried using the narrator, but I do not know the controls and tutorials online regarding the controls don't work for me.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

Broken display when display driver installed

Hi All,

Got a problem with my display. Suddenly it displays like this





I reinstall the OS (tried W7 and W10 new and old versions) and installed display driver but still the display is broken.





the display is ok when display driver is not installed but the resolution is small and i cant play games even cs1.6

Unable to login to Paypal phone broken

I use an authenticator app on my phone for 2 step verification to login to paypal but my phone is broken so I can no longer get the code. I've tried using the microsoft authenticator app on another device but it's looking for a QR code to scan which I can't access since I can't login to paypal

Paypal tells me they is no way they can turn off the 2 step verification whjich means I cannot ever access my account.

There must be a way around this?
