Trying to move cursors and getting TrustedInstaller permission error

Hi,I downloaded some custom Windows cursors today and I've created folders in the Cursor file with the cursor type example: flowers, dogs, Christmas, etc... Anyway I was able to move the majority of the downloaded cursors to the applicable folders. However, whenever I go to move some of them I get the error message I've posted below. How do I get around this error? I just noticed that the ones that I were able to move had generic names ex: cur30, nat700, etc... but the ones I'm trying to move and getting the error message are named specially it seems ex: help_i, move_m, no_m ,etc....I ap

Windows 10 Home - Getting "TrustedInstaller" permission to edit and remove items.

    Hi John,

Based on the initial post that you made, what you did was to give full permission to trustedinstaller. You need to change it to the admin of the computer (LAPTOP-E1UE8UMG\Administrators) instead as outlined on the last link you provided. If you are still
having issues after changing the permission to the admin, I suggest that you post your issue in the
TechNet Forums instead. The members there include
IT professionals that can provide a more advanced recommendation on the next step to resolve your issue.

    Regards.

    TrustedInstaller permissions

I didn't mess with the exe file, only changed permissions on a folder so that I could delete subfolders. When I tried to change permissions back to TrustedInstaller, it wouldn't change. But, I surmised that SYSTEM would be alright since there was no other choice to return ownership to the computer. Anyways, there doesn't seem to be a malfunction with this change so far. I merely wanted to know if this would have detrimental effects since there's some very knowledgeable folks here on TenForums. - - - Updated - - -

Here is the error message that appears when I try changing the ownership from myself to TrustedInstaller. Although ownership cannot be returned TrustedInstaller retains Full Control Access.

    Permission issue

Presumably because TrustedInstaller is the owner (hence you need its permission), suggesting that img3.jpg was installed by Windows at some time.

Presumably that also means it can be uninstalled. How did you get it in the first place? Where is it located?

If you really want to delete it yourself, then taking ownership would seem a logical first step.
