Windows 10: Trying to Move 'Forza Horizon 5' application to Different Drive - Error Code 0x80070005

Hi there, for the past few attempts now when trying to move my Forza Horizon 5 application from C:Local Disk to D: Drive, I have been repeatedly encountering error 0x80070005 see photo attached.It happens to be quite a large file 133GB however, being that it is taking up the majority of my C: Drive 250GB capacity it must be moved to create more space on my OneDrive which is on the same C: Drive.

Code 0x80070005 When Trying to Install Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain

I've recently installed Forza Horizon 3 and I still get the code error Code: 0x80070005 I can't find a solution to fix this problem worst thing is, my internet speed isn't the best and it took me two days to install the game but I get this stupid error.

When I tried to download Forza Horizon 3. After I choose the disk I want to load the game, it said that acquiring licence and then an error 0x80070005 popup, I tried wsreset, change the permission for my D:, and subinacl. I really dont know how to solve
this now.
