Windows 10: Trying to open/download videos from iCloud into PC - Error code 0x800701AA

I have a Windows 10 Pro laptop and synchronised my iCloud last week, however, although I can see the miniatures of my videos, when I try to open them up, it takes forever only "thinking", then finally appears the "error code 0x800701AA: the cloud operation was not completed before the time-out period expired."

I spoke to Apple support and it works fine on a Mac, but I just cannot see the videos on Windows, even though I already have the iCloud app installed and launched from Microsoft store.

I am trying to download some videos from my icloud to my laptop. When I try and open these in downloads on the laptop it comes up with issue Class Not Registered. I am using Windows 10. Please help. Feeling very frustrated. Thanks

Error code 801901FS normally appears when there is an issue either on your device, or your server with regards to synchronization of files.

In cases like these, we suggest to do the following steps:

1. Remove your iCloud account on the phone.
2. Perform a soft reset by pressing the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds until the phone vibrates and restarts.
3. Go to Settings > Date + Time > turn the option Automatically to Off > set up current date, time and zone manually.
4. Re-add your iCloud account.

If you have finished following the steps, or have already performed the same thing, and the issue still persists, please let us know.
