Windows 10: Trying to open printing preferences on Windows 11 and continue to receive error

Trying to open printing preferences on Windows 11 and continue to receive error "function address 0x00007FFBB8FE2BDC caused protection fault. exception code 0xe06d7363 The application property sheet pages may not function properly. " The main issue I am having is I am trying to print an image onto photo paper in colour but keep getting a black and white image and the ink just wipes from the paper with my finger no matter how long I let it dry. This printing issue is only happening on this pc, other pc's are printing fine. I have tried deleting the printer and re-downloading. I have tried n

• Click on the Ellipses which is at the top right hand corner of the Edge Browser.
• Select Print option and then click ok.

I suggest you to perform the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps:

Method 1: I suggest you to follow the steps below to print documents in the Windows 10 Edge browser and check if it helps:

• 
  Once the document is open in Edge, press
  Ctrl+P or More actions button at the top last end of the browser.
  
• 
  Click Print as PDF button.
  
• 
  Check if the document prints as expected.
  

If the above steps did not work, try the next methods.

Method 2: Set your printer as default.

  Press Windows key and type
  Control Panel.
  
• 
  Click on view by and select large icons.
  
• 
  Open Devices and printers.

  Right click on your printer and select set a default printer.
