Windows 10: Trying to Play Body Cam on Steam... UE Visual C++ 64 download required/ error

Everytime I try to play Body Cam... It says I need to install UE Visuall C++ 64I click yes... it gets to about 75% complete and stalls... then says this Please help... All other games work on steam. Thanks.

When i launch a steam game that needs to install visual c++ i get this error



If i hit ok i get this error



Ive gone through my program list and uninstalled all of the microsoft visual C++ programs listed, and reinstalled them but i still get the error.

This error can be caused by Runtime components of Visual C++ Libraries missing or software problem. To assist you with your concern, we suggest you download the latest available Visual C++ components found on this article:
The latest supported Visual C++ downloads.

If the error doesn't let you get past the startup screen and wouldn't let you download the needed components, we suggest you disable the recently installed program on startup. Kindly follow the steps below:
