Windows 10: Trying to re-install Windows 11 as laptop won't load up login screen

Laptop: HP Laptop PC 15-dy2000 2D115AVOperating System: Windows 11Laptop decided not to load up -- it will turn on, you can hear the fans, but it is just a black screen. I can see the mouse cursor. After force restarting 3 times it will take me to the blue screen where it shows advanced repair options. I tried repairing/resetting the PC through local or cloud connection but neither would work.I am now trying to re-install Windows 11 using a USB to see if that solves the issue as i believe it may be corrupt.I went to this site to download Windows 11 to a USBownload Windows 11Plugging it int

I would like to note that step 20 comes up with no files. Perhaps this could be the source of the issues?

 

Windows won`t open an program when using Microsoft user

Windows won`t open an program when I try to open it with Microsoft account user, but when I login with local account, that program opens. I have tried with 2 Microsoft accounts, 1 admin and 1 normal user, and it won`t open in either one of them. What can cause this?

After Windows 10 update, signin screen won`t accept my pssword.

Sign-in screen won`t take my password after Windows 10 update on a new HP laptop. I had setup a pin login but now asks for Microsoft password which I wrote down and have used before but will not accept now.
