Windows 10: Trying to re-register Microsoft Store along with error code 0x80073CFE.

After cloning my HDD to an SSD, I keep getting the error code 0x80073CFE when trying to download apps from the Microsoft Store. I've checked dism and there are no system errors found. There was a recommendation to try and re-register the Microsoft Store app but once I paste this command into PowerShell: Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name "Microsoft.WindowsStore" Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$_.InstallLocation\AppxManifest.xml"}It returns this error:Add-AppxPackage : Cannot find path 'C:\WINDOWS\system32\Microsoft.WindowsStore_22410.1401.2.0_x64__8wekyb3

I had tried all except re registering MSoft Store , but that unfortunately did not work .

Very intermittently use SurfEasy VPN, but last time used pre dated this build & problem by some time.

Have built pc systems /rebuilt windows op system literally100's times over 25 years for myself and others, and troubleshooted most known problems but this looks like a reinstall.
Not listed in Microsoft web notice as ongoing issue involving current build.

Only had Store problem once before since it was introduced years ago, and that was easily resolved !

0x80073CFE means the package repository is corrupted.

Open PowerShell as administrator and run this command:

• get-appxpackage | out-file c:\apps.txt
  

And then run:

• GCI -Path "C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\" -Recurse | Where {$_.Length -eq 0} | out-file c:\corrupt.txt
  

Upload the files c:\apps.txt & c:\corrupt.txt to your OneDrive and share the link here.

Also, what's the version of your Store app?
