Windows 10: Trying to recover Xbox Live password

Hi, I've gone through as many of the password recovery options as I'm able, but none is helping.I'm currently signed in to my xbox live account that I use to play Microsoft Solitaire. It's an account I'd created years ago and now the email isn't valid. It auto logs in and through the Solitaire app there isn't an option to changed email or password.All I want to do is to be able to play on phone with the same account.I don't recall enough details of the old account for the recovery to work. All I know is my gamer tag and old email.Any ideas how I can get past this?
