    Trying to reinstall Win10

    I have a Dell desktop and recently was slowing down to a crawl. I suspected a "C" drive failure and after some diagnostic tools confirmed it was dying. I purchased a new 2 TB internal drive that I planned to replace the dying drive with but before I could clone the "C" drive, it got to the point where it would no longer boot to Win10.
    I went on to Microsoft's website and downloaded the necessary files onto a USB drive to reinstall Win 10 onto my new 2TB drive,
    I get to the part where it asks where I want to install the OS and then says it can't find a partition. I follow the command prompt method of partitioning the drive but still won't let me continue with the installation.
    Any advice is appreciated.
