Windows 10: Trying to reinstall Windows and a black screen appears

Hello! I have a Dell Inspiron 7559 here in which I wanted to try Linux on, so I formatted the disk which had an Windows install and installed the Linux distribution.

After trying that version for a while, I downloaded back the W10 Media Creation Tool, made a bootable USB and tried to install Windows.

It showed me an error, which I could not recall, and said that Windows was NOT installed in my laptop. After that, I tried to do the installation again, but after booting with my USB stick the Windows logo appears and it just turns into a black screen with nothing on.

I've tried changing the BIOS settings and recreating the bootable USB stick, but I keep getting the same results.


Any help is greatly appreciated.

Sounds like the old... windows black screen of death.
