Windows 10: Trying to rename atig6pxx.dll but the file cannot be found

My account is an administrator and it said in order to change the file name, I needed permission.I rebooted into Safe Mode and and followed the following steps:Reboot into Safe ModeLog on under an admin accountOpen a Command Prompt cmd.exeType these commands and press Enter after each:cd \Windows\System32takeown /f atig6pxx.dllicacls atig6pxx.dll /grant everyone:fullattrib -r -s atig6pxx.dllNow I still cannot rename it as I need permission from myself. How can I fix this ?

I am something new in this I would appreciate it if you would give me all the steps since I am very interested

Trouble renaming photos and files

- Are you using Photo app to rename the photos?

- Did you try renaming the photos directly from File explorer?

- Do you get any message?



I suggest you to rename photos from File Explorer and check if it helps:

Follow the steps to rename photo from File Explorer:

1. Right click on the start menu and select File Explorer.

2. Click on pictures present on the left side of the page.

3. Right on the picture you want to rename and select the option rename.
