Windows 10: Trying to run 2 scripts in CMD Prompt as ADMIN and still receive message 'ACCESS IS DENIED"...

I am trying to run 2 scripts in CMD Prompt as ADMIN and still receive message 'ACCESS IS DENIED" - What am I doing wrong?


And Yes, I wish to delete the folders noted including the subfolders under them and the files - there are a lot of files and the script seems to fly through the correct numbers of entries, but on every record line I see the directory run - then - access is denied.



rmdir /s "C:\Users\Administrator\Documents\Garbage"

rmdir /s "C:\windows.old"

Semaphore timeout

Says access is denied when I try to run the clean command. I did run the CMD prompt as admin.

 

Trying to fix Checker.Vbs after virus, command prompt telling me access denied

I've run CMD in administrator but it tells me access is denied, I'm running on an administrator account.

I followed the steps in this question's replies

can not find script file "C:\ProgramData\WindowsAppCertification\checker.vbs".
