    Trying to run dual monitor setup from Lenovo idea pad but on won’t work.


    I have a Lenovo ideapad trying to run a dual monitor setup. One LG monitor is connected to the Lenovo directly by hdmi. The other monitor is using an insignia usb3.0 to dual hdmi adapter. The LG monitor connected via hdmi only works great. The other monitor has power, but it will not display. I tried to update driver on the insignia 3.0, but when I do it says “windows was unable to install your insignia usb3.0 to dual hdmi adapter station” I’ve done hours of research and can not figure this out please help. I’m running windows 11 version 23H2. Lenovo is 1920 x 1080, 60 Hz. LG monitor that is w

    There are several factors which could prevent your dual monitors and your speakers from working properly. In order for us to effectively assist you with your concern, we just have a few questions for you:

    • Are you getting an error message/code when trying to run the dual monitors?
    • Have you tried running the hardware troubleshooter?
    • Have you tried running the System File Checker tool?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you already performed?
