Windows 10: trying to run unreal engine 4 to create a game

Discus and support trying to run unreal engine 4 to create a game in Windows 10 Installation and Upgrade to solve the problem; I have a pretty old computer but is up to date with the latest updates.     I have a pretty old computer but is up to date with the latest updates. I just downloaded unreal engine 4 because I'm trying to make video game. But it keeps telling me that I need "DX 11 feature level 10.0 is required to run the engine". But I have already downloaded DirectX setup and installed it and it still wont let me run the engine. I don't know what do, can someone help please?





    P.S my computer is a HP Pavilion Media Center m8307c PC with an Intel Core2 quad processor Q6600 with an 500GB hard drive and 3072MB system memory I don't know if that helps or not or makes a difference. Oh yeah and it was a Vista till it got updated I don't if that matters or not.

    Unreal Engine launcher bug

    When i go to open the “Epic Games Launcher” to open unreal engine 4 it just says its loading and then doesn’t open
