Windows 10: Trying to set up employee logins to Windows 11 Pro using their Microsoft 365 account

I have created an email domain for my business with Microsoft 365 and email is working fine. I have about 25 users, and I'm trying to create accounts for them on the office PCs using their Microsoft 365 accounts. When I enter their email address I get an error "That Microsoft account doesn't exist. Enter a different account".I want this to use their account so if they change their password they can still log in to any of the office PCs.If I try to add it as a Work or School account it wants me to enter their password - I don't have their password, and it seems ridiculous to tell them to send m

Windows 11 Pro Login Using Microsoft 365 for Business Login

I have a Microsoft 365 for Business Account with multiple users and would like to be able to login to our Windows 11 Pro computers using those accounts. I was told this is possible, but I have not figured out how this works. I have a custom domain, brammerinsurance.com, and these are the accounts I would like to use to login. Is there a way to do this? 365 support said I would have to talk to Windows support and I cannot get an answer from either.

 

How can I upgrade an employee's laptop from Windows 11 Home to Pro without a Microsoft account?

As the title says....

I am setting up three employee's laptops that have Windows 11 Home pre-installed. The laptops are now setup.

However, I want to upgrade them to 11 Pro but I want to keep the PC's as local accounts, so not signing in with my, or their Microsoft Accounts (if they have one!?).

So, how can I upgrade an employee's laptop from Windows 11 Home to Pro without a signing into a Microsoft account?

In order to help you better, could you please confirm a couple of things:

• Are you able to login with Microsoft account in web?
• What happens exactly when you try to login using Microsoft account?

I suggest you to login to Microsoft account through online login.live.com, if you are able to login to Microsoft account on web then you can reset the password and then try to login and check if the issue persists.
