Windows 10: trying to set up my 3rd monitor to mirror my first one

hi im trying to set up a third monitor on my PC to mirror my 1st monitor running windows 11, i had it working for a minute but my mouse is playing up and i cant use my 2nd monitor properly now, i mainly have the 3rd monitor plugged into my big TV so friends can watch me play games on a big screen.i have monitor 1 and two next to eachother so i can still assess my game chat while i play but whenever i mirror monitor 1 and 3 my mouse keeps playing up and i cant get my mouse back to monitor 2, all i want is for monitor 3 to mirror exactly what im doing on monitor 1, so friends can watch gameplay

how to mirror 2nd monitor to 3rd monitor

I was using win 7 with 3 monitors, extending desktop to second monitor and mirroring the second on the third monitor. I don't see how to do this in Win 10. Option not available?

To better understand your query, kindly reply to the following questions.

1. Did you try setting up the cables again?

2. Did you try giving the recommended resolution and check if the monitor is detected?

I would suggest you to make sure that the monitors are connected to the correct video port.

However, you can go to the device manager and disable the monitor which is not working.

Follow the steps below.

• Press Windows key + X key and click on
  Device Manager.
• Expand the Monitors.
• Right-click on the monitor and select Disable.
• After sometime, try re-enabling it and check if the device gets detected.

I suggest you follow the steps below and check if it helps.

• Open Action Centre.
• Click on Connect.
• PC will search and show which devices are available to mirror/cast.
• Click on the device which you would like to mirror/cast.
