Windows 10: Trying to set up new laptop get to enter pin and it just sits buffering never goes past why ?

Setting up new laptop created a Microsoft account it states need to enter pin when we click ok it just stays buffering will not progress

New laptop setup - hangs at PIN creation

Thanks for the suggestion, didn't follow the exact steps but a variation there of. Couldn't document the steps and order but I kept trying and EVENTUALLY I got it past that pin dilema. Thanks all for the help!

 

PIN Entry on Enter

Hi,

To disable your PIN login, you can follow the steps below:

• Click Start and go to Settings.
• Click Accounts.
  
• Go to Sign-in options.
• Under PIN, click Remove. It will ask for a confirmation, just click
  Remove.

After that, your PIN login will be disabled.
