    I keep getting a variety of different blue screens that seem to point to a bad driver that i cannot find or a bad stick of ram i cannot figure out. I've tried running the windows built in mem test, but the MemoryDiagnostics-Results do not show in event viewer. i don't actually know if the mem test is running to completion. i cannot run memtest86 for some reason, i have it on a USB drive and set it to first in the boot order and the MB BIOS is recently updated. I'm not sure what info anyone would need from me to get started but here is a warning through event viewer of something that might be

    after monthes of running system it was fine then on windows 7 it blue screened after looking it over myself and getting advice from local pc shop they suggest upgrading os will fix the issue so I upgraded to win 8.1 and along followed the blue screens now again upgrading after more advice I'm on win 10 and the bluescreens followed as a bad pool error rebooting I have included the requested report please help as spending the $150 the local pc shop wants is my next step

    • Could you please provide the make/model of your laptop?
    The issue might occur due to Viruses, or something changing/deleting
    in Registry Files, a failure during Bootup, or a corrupt file which could be due to age of a computer or viruses or somebody tampering with files.
