I can't type in the recovery key that I have.. The keyboard and tablet seem to do nothing and respond to nothing. I have a T100CHI-B1-BK, Transformer Book.. If anyone has the answer or suggestions please help me.. Thank you so much...

 

When I try to recover my PC it is instructing me to type recovery key but the recovery key isn't working. It shows that wrong recovery key.

When I try to recover my PC it is instructing me to type recovery key but the recovery key isn't working. It shows that wrong recovery key. I've tried both bitlocker recovery keys that were in my account but it didn't work.

Unable to type in to box on 'Control Panel'.

This issue might occur if some file types for indexing were disabled after the updates. We suggest that you try rebuilding your search index by following the steps below:

• Press Windows key + R, type control.exe srchadmin.dll, and click on
  OK.
• Click on the Advanced button.
• Click on the File Types tab. From here, you can choose to include certain file types from indexing by checking them in the list.
