Windows 10: Trying to understand what caused my pc bluescreen.

Im gonna be honest, i cant read code, i just wanna know why my computer has bluescreened 3 times in the last 3 days. and using WinDbg to look at the dmp file for the most recent crash just felt like i was trying to shove my head through chicken wire. heres a link to a zip folder with the most recent DMP file. >Crash Dumb file

2. Do you see any error code along with the message “DRIVERS POWER STATE FAILURE”?
   
3. Are there any external devices connected to your computer?
   

The usual causes for bluescreen errors are Graphic card drivers and Network adapter drivers. We can go ahead and try to update the drivers.

What is causing this bluescreen?

Hi, thanks for that information, not necessarily a good sign, it means there is no bluescreen anymore, in addition, do you still get bluescreen or not at all? usually, that error is due to the Graphics card driver, I suggest updating it first, and if you still have the same issue, can you please check the System logs on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

KB3163018 causes bluescreen in DirectX DXGMMS1.sys when I maximize video

Still have the same problem.

My setup:

• Lenovo W530
• Windows 10 64bit
• Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
• NVIDIA Quadro K2000M

Just installed the anniversary update, updated my BIOS, intel graphics card driver and SSD firmware. Fullscreen applications like YouTube still cause a bluescreen.

Any suggestions Microsoft?
