Windows 10: Trying to uninstall Dell Printer, having issues with it, and I continue to receive "1628".

Issues with Dell E515DW. Tried to uninstall and 1628 pops up, along with trying to reinstall. I want to completely uninstall then I will reinstall using CD. In APPS Dell Hub continues along with "Singapore"?

cant uninstall printer

I am sorry to know that you are unable to uninstall the Printer.

Run the Printer Troubleshooter and then try the steps below.

• In Search window type Troubleshooting and click on it to open it.
• Click on Hardware and Sound.
• Then click on Printer to run the troubleshooter. Follow onscreen steps.

Also try the steps below.

• 
  Type CMD in Search. Right click on it to run as an administrator.
  
• 
  Type the following 4 commands at the CMD prompt:
  

WSReset.exe.

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

sfc /scannow

powershell

Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers |Where-Object {$_.InstallLocation -like "*SystemApps*"} | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

  Close the CMD window.
  
• 
  Check to see if the issue is resolved. If not, restart the PC.
  

Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files:

Then try to set Print Spooler to Automatic by right clicking on it and click on properties.

Select Automatic and then click ok.
