    We need additional information to better assist you with your concern. Please provide the following:

    • Which specific device are you using?
    • How do you play your audio files on your Sony Walkman, are you using an app or the actual device?
    • Have you checked the default folder for Sony Walkman?
    • Have you tested the audio files if they are playing on a different computer?

    So we call it MP3 player, but because its Sony we call it Walkman. The current model of the Walkman, the NW-A1000 has a 6GB capacity, and can be had for around 169€s if you look hard enough. The new NW-A1200 will ship in mid-June and will come with SonicStage CP jukebox.
