Windows 10: Trying to upgrade to Win 11 Pro from 10 Pro. Seems I missed my chance. Any Help?

Hello everyone,I have a ZenBook Duo Pro with Windows 10 Pro. Its clean and official. I did not upgrade it when I got it about 2 years ago. I am now trying to upgrade it and it seems I missed my opportunity for a free upgrade. Is that right? Is there really no free way to upgrade my laptop now? Please tell me that there is a way... and hopefully it's a legitimate way. Thanks in advance!

Windows 11 Pro Upgrade from Windows 10 Pro Edition

No but after it installed the malfunctioning Windows 11 upgrade it was listed as Windows 11 Pro. Microsoft Windows support advised I reinstall Windows 10 Pro and said that Windows 11 is really only meant for new PC's that come with it preinstalled. MSI website doesn't list my 2020 GT76 Titan dt-039 notebook on their Windows 11 upgrade eligibility list so I guess that's why the Windows 11 Pro upgrade failed. I suggest being careful with trying the Windows 11 upgrade despite it stating my notebook was capable of running Windows 11 it was wrong. Luckily I have the original Windows 10 Pro USB Flash drive because the Windows 11 Pro upgrade was so incomplete I had no way of reverting notebook back to Windows 10 without reinstalling from a USB Flash.

 

Trying to upgrade to Win 10 Pro

I have Win 10 Home on my Lenovo laptop. I bought a Win 10 Pro For OEM software pack to upgrade to Win 10 Pro but my system didn’t accept the 25 character prod key. What should I do?

I’m trying to install the upgrade via DVD (which came with the pack) but I noticed it said during the process that it would install Win 10 Home on my laptop but I already have that. Any suggestions ?

 

Windows 11 pro upgrade

When I upgraded Win 10 pro to Win 11 I was given Win 11 home version. I reverted back to Win 10 pro which is a huge pain and am not trying to do again. Is Win 11 pro upgrade an option? On an old computer running Win 7 pro I was given Win 10 pro when I upgraded. I paid for Win 10 pro on my current computer and easily meet all Win 11 requirements. Do I need to just Purchase Win 11 pro? Processor is 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11700F @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz.
