Windows 10: Trying to upgrade Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 11

One of my neighbours wanted to update a PC they bought to Windows 11. I first cleared the folders within C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download, then I tried to install Windows 11 through a Clean Boot, but no matter what, MediaCreationToolW11 consistently has given me this error:There was a problem running this toolWe're not sure what happened, but we're unable to run this tool on your PC. If you continue experiencing problems, reference the error code when contacting customer support. Error code: 0x80072F8F - 0x20000Is there any other ways I could attempt to update to Windows 11? Sorry for posting in this "old" topic but I also have a question regarding this problem:
I have a Windows 7 Home Premium Version 32 bit and I want to upgrade to Windows 7 Pro. The Home Premium was not a OEM version and now I wanted to buy a OEM Windows 7 Pro version which costs 30€. Is it possible to upgrade a non OEM version with a OEM version or is this not working?
