Windows 10: Trying to use built-in WindowsPE, got "Your pc needs to be repaired, Can't access required...

My pc has many issues, but the main one is i cant use winPE to repair windows, when i use the "Shift + restart pc" method to go the windows recovery environment AKA WinPE it will say please wait, but before the loading circles animation plays it crash's, saying;RECOVERY:Your PC/Device needs to be repairedA required deivce isn't connect or can't be accessed.Error Code: 0xc0000185You need recovery tools.=======================I've tried SFC /scannow and DISM but they don't work, i think i may know what's the issue because my disk has many bad sectors 1TB HDD, 4095 Bad Sectors from S.M.A.R.T.

"Built-in administrator" still denied access to many apps and functions

This issue might have occurred due to corrupted system settings/ system files. Try the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to check if Built-in Administrator account is enabled. If so, try to disable.

Step 1: Follow the steps toDisable Built-in administrator.

• • Press Windows + X key together on your desktop screen.
    
  • Click on Command Prompt (admin) to open
    Command Prompt.
  • Type the following command and hit Enter:
  • net user administrator /active: no (Check for the spaces)
    

Restart the computer and check with the status of this issue.
