    After install windows 10 the cddvdw from Tsst Corp is not working. It does not read any cd or dvd

    USB ports not recognized by system-- tsst corp cddvdw sn-208ab

    Has anyone had the same issue? After my laptop did Microsoft updates, my USB ports are not working to use my magic jack or the printer. The mouse does work though. I've gone in through device manager and uninstalled the tsst corp cddvdw sn-208ab and then
    restarted the computer, but the ports still are not working. Any ideas? They would be appreciated. Thanks.

    On the device manager the driver is there showing not sign of trouble.

    On General Ta: Device is working properly.

    If is not an update from Windows 10 or from the manufacturer (Tsst Corp) I don't see any other way how to solve this problem.
