Windows 10: TurboCAD will not install

  1. TurboCAD will not install


    I have used a CAD program called TurboCAD for years, but recently, TurboCAD support advised me to uninstall and reinstall it to try to solve some problems. I uninstalled it fine, but I could not reinstall it. When I run the install file, UAC asks if I want to let this program make changes, and I answer yes. But nothing happens, and no error messages are generated. The install file is TurboCAD_2022_48.1_x64.exe. I have a Dell XPS laptop running Windows 10 Home. All updates are installed. I've searched the web for three weeks and tried everything I can think of, but nothing helps. The system

    I understand the issue that you are currently facing, we will try the best we can to resolve your issue.

    First of all I would like to inform you that we don't support third party software. As you have said "I have tried contacting the supplier of Turbocad, but they no longer support this version" I suggest you to download the latest version of Turbocad 14 from
    the supplier of Turbocad and install it in compatibility mode and check if that helps.

    If not I suggest you to contact the supplier of Turbocad.

    windows xp installation and dual core am

    could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
