Windows 10: Turn Off Google Account

Please advise if I turn off the Google Account can I still use my gmail to send emails? Also I used to send emails from my address book but since I added another gmail I could not create and send any emails on the list. They advised me to add two emails in combination but this also does not work. How to I retrieve my emails from my address book so I can send an email from there? I am presently using Google Chrome browser will this cause my emails to failure when I try to send them out? Please reply asap. This system was working last week but this week it quit working. What other suggestions d

Step 1:Before adding the account:

• Click on Notification icon on the bottom right corner of the screen.
• Select All settings.
• Click on Privacy.
• Select Calendar.
• Select Choose apps that can access Calendar.
• Turn off Mail and Calendar.

Add the account, then go to next step:

Step 2: After adding the account.

• Open Calendar.
• Click on Settings.
• Click on Accounts.
• Select the google account.
• Select Change Mail box sync settings.
• Under sync options, turn off Email and
  Contacts.
