Windows 10: "Turn off the display" timer got reset after restart / switch off PC Windows 11

I have a strange behavior regarding the option "Turn off display after": it seems that after every reboot or switch off / switch back the pc, its timer got reset to 15 minutes even tho I set it to never :





I even went in its advanced mode (good thing that it doesn't impact the others settings like the hard drive timer):





I suspected a Lenovo settings so I deleted it and left the normal use one (and being sure that it would remain the default one)

I found a post about using Powercfg.exe but I fear that something higher got hands on the settings so I followed some some steps about a value to edit in registry (I couldn't find it back at the moment but that didn't help anyway)

I suspected a video application or service so I tried the usual troubleshooting steps with clean boot and disable starting services / application (Especially regarding nvidia) but got no luck neither.

Is there a setting / configuration file / registry key that I should look up to lock what I set regarding the "turn off display" timer once and for all ?

As working in IT security, I usually have nothing against that option but on my personal computer, I got fed up as it mess up my windows whenever I wake my pc up : I got 2 monitors (and expect to add a 3rd ), primary in HDMI and secondary with displayport. But whenever the "turn off display" option kick on, it considers that my 2nd display was power off and just turned on ... So all of my windows are on the primary screen and I have to sort again those that I wanted on the 2nd monitor ...

Sadly and as I feared, the 15 minutes timer came back even after the steps with the powercfg.exe command.

I did think about some kind of policies or whatever. But the PC where I got the issue is on a Win 10 Home edition but I checked just in case regarding gpo : gpedit.msc isn't install.

I will certainly help you with the Solitaire timer.

Please follow the below mentioned steps in order to turn off the timer:

• Run the game, and go to the top left corner, and click on the
  game option/symbol […].
• Click on the settings, and search for the timer option.
• Select the timer option from on to
  off.
