Windows 10: Turn off voice typing/Disable voice typing cursor

I just used voice typing in Word. This feature changes the cursor to something that looks like a cassette. I can't turn it off, and in this mode, the right click on my mouse is disabled. No menu pops up for copy, delete, etc. How do I turn off the Voice Typing?

Hey, sorry to bother you again.

Lets take an example of a android keyboard. By default, they have voice typing button there, am I correct? I'm asking about the same thing here. Not any software specific voice typing but the voice typing button in keyboard which would let me voice type
in any typing box, whether it may be messaging or email or facebook or any other.

Voice Typing

I can't give you an exhaustive list of apps - no such thing exists.

the mail app also can compose emails via voice. an app I've worked on allows to enter written notes by voice.

for example, this is the type of code that devs would use to enable speech to text on their apps:

as you can see, this is not complicated at all. any app can use it. devs just choose to ignore it.
