    Turn off Windows 10 "Do you want Windows to remember this pword?" feat


    In error, I must have pressed yes to "Do you want Windows to remember this password" for a particular website. Any idea how to turn it off?

    Windows 10 does not remember "How do you want to open this file" choices.

    BTW - as a FYI, Edge is now available on IOS and Android

    Windows 10 does not remember "How do you want to open this file" choices.

    To clarify: I agree this is a Windows problem, but only as it pertains to Office. Clicking a link in my outlook.com email address does not give me the "choose an app" dialog box, but maybe that's because I am already in Firefox.

    Press the 3 dots at the top right, which is the Settings menu. Choose "Advanced settings".

    You'll see the on/off switch for passwords.
