Windows 10 Game DVR no settings except to turn it on/off. Xbox App>Settings>Game DVR

Running Windows 10 in Bootcamp to play PC games on MacBook and the Games DVR doesn't have any options to adjust the settings except to turn it on/off. Whenever I look this up it shows a whole list of different settings of quality and background rec, audio
etc.
