Windows 10: Turned off all Microsoft Services and can’t get in laptop.

I turned off all Microsoft services by accident using Msconfig, I know that I turned off required services for pin to work and that’s why I can’t log in. I need to know what services to turn off or a different solution. I am trying to avoid resetting my laptop.

Are you running any other AV or did you have one running in the past? If you didn't use an uninstaller for the AV, then the remnants of it could be causing the problem. Normally any time you install an AV it disables Defender by default.

If you are getting any error codes please list those, that will be helpful in helping you.

As torre suggested, might be a good idea to do a reset or even a reinstall.

• Disconnect the AC adapter and remove the battery.
  
• Hold down the power button for at least fifteen seconds.
• Without replacing the battery, plug the AC adapter back into the laptop.
  
• Press the power button to turn on your laptop

If the PC is able to boot & startup, the problem is with your battery, if not contact a service centre.
