Windows 10: turned on my computer, logged in, black screen except for my cursor

right what it says in the title, i turned on my computer, logged in like normal and then got a black screen and the only thing that works is my cursor. I can't click anything or use any shortcuts. I've tried win + ctrl + shift + b, nothing. I've tried win + p, nothing shows up. I've tried ctrl + shift + esc, nothing. ctrl + alt + del is the only thing that works and i cannot even open task manager through that, i click on it, my cursor loads, then nothing happens. i have tried booting it in safe mode and it's the same thing, completely black screen with no short cut keys working whatsoever no

Black Screen after Log on

So this is not a BSOD ? Have a Windows 10 disc or USB Flash Drive made ? How are you getting to task manager Ctrl.+Alt+Del ? Any cursor on screen ?

Computer boots to windows log on,have no password here.After a minute on log on it go to a black screen,stays there forever. I can get to Task Manager from black Screen,lost on what to do next. Just want my Windows 10 back, not sure what caused this problem. Any Suggestion on what my next step should be?*Sad

 

Black Screen With Cursor In Windows 10

When i turn on the computer and Login. After Startup i have a Black Screen with Cursor

I Restarted and when is restarted and i logged in it Was a black screen of cursor

So i restarted to safe mode and open Task Manager, Settings And File Explorer

And i restarted the computer and login. when is logged in its Black screen with cursor again.

So Please Help me
