    Turning volume up or down for wired earbuds produces very loud sound every time


    If I'm trying to protect my ears by turning the volume down during a Zoom meeting or watching a video, it seems totally illogical that each time I press the button to do so, I have to hear a loud sound in my ear! This didn't happen with my prior Dell. I just got a new Dell Inspiron 3530. Is this a setting I can change?
