Windows 10: Turnt off my PC. And it “ran into a problem” Blue Screen Error

A few Days ago, I literally turned off my PC. When I attempted to turn it back on, it “ran into a problem” and needed to restart, so I allowed it to restart and continue to Windows 10. But then, it sent me to a prompt to either “Restart” or select “Advanced Options” I selected Restart, and it did the Blue Screen Error again so on the second try I did Advanced Options. It went into Windows Recovery Environment and made me “Choose an Option” obviously I tried to select Continue - “Exit and continue to Windows 10” but when I did it did the same “ran into a problem” blue screen prompt and went back to “Choose an Option” When I leave it off for a set period of time it brings me to “Reset this PC” I don’t know what to do, and hopefully there’s a solution to solve this, I hope I made sense.

Blue Screen Problems

Hello all. I have been plagued with frequent BSODs on my main computer. (see system specs for details) I am getting "Page Fault in Nonpaged Area", or the 0x50 stop error, blue-screens.
What I read on Google suggested that this blue-screen indicated a memory or hard drive error. I ran memtest86+, which passed, and chkdsk, which found no problems. I took all of my components down to stock clocks, and that didn't help. Does anyone have any experience or advice as to what I should try next?

My PC ran into a problem..

Step 1: Explain what the problem is.

Computer not responding properly.

It hangs always.

I can't even able to open file explorer.

And finally PC ran into a problem and get into blue screen error and shows that error is due to memory management.
