    Turtle Beach Control Studio Error


    Hello. Recently, I purchased myself a wireless Turtle Beach headset. I downloaded the companion software Turtle Beach Control Studio, but I get an error message that says “An unexpected aplication error has occurred. App will close upon confirmation.” Yes, the headset has been plugged in and connected I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it countless times, as well as clicking the “repair” option in the installation wizard. If anyone can give me any help, that would be great!

    Hi, thanks for the suggestion, I tried to reinstall the driver but still no luck.

    Anymore ideas? My windows 10 is updated. i have 3d sound with my speakres, just not with the turtle beach headset.
